On Zara’s one year anniversary award winning chef from Goa has returned from his leave to India to reignite the excitement when he first joined us in 2011.

Chef Jude was born and raised in Goa and trained in one of India’s finest five star establishments. Since his arrival in the UK he has cooked at several top London Restaurants including Chutney Mary, La Porte De Indes, Eriki, Veeraswamy and Bombay Nights. He is excited to return and raise the bar once again at Zara Indian lounge.

Executive Chef, Jude Pinto, is an award winning “Caterer to the Stars” and the authentic A La Carte Menu is exclusive and mouth-watering.

More importantly, as all the food is freshly cooked for your enjoyment we are happy and able to make adjustments to suit any palate.
